My name is JD Martin I am the owner and lead home inspector. I've lived in Arizona since 2008. When I'm not on a home inspection, or talking with home buyers, I can be found outdoors.  I spend all of my free time with my wife Maria and future home inspector daughter Emilia, or pursuing my goal of catching every type of trout in Northern America.

We pride ourselves on being paperless, thorough, and inspecting homes to the highest standard. We aim to have quick turn around when scheduling bookings. Our inspector will stay at the home until they answer every question for the home buyer.  

Our digital reports are easy to read and understand.  We will provide a summary highlighting concerns, as well as a detailed report including photos.  The report is completed onsite and the summary is available to the home buyer at the conclusion of the inspection. The report will be available the same day as the inspection.  It can be viewed digitally or as a PDF. Take a look at a sample report.
